Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship within the United States using USPS.

Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail): Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you catch an error, contact us as soon as possible—we will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our herbal liniment. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
We may request photos of damaged items or packaging for claims.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the order unless damage is documented.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will gladly make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
